Back in the day Chris' Cafe existed on West 12th street. My suspicion is that this is a card of that location. There was a location at 8th and Phillips years ago, though I don't know if it was the same establishment.

New information suggests that this may be the fabled east 10th St. Location which later became Gary Cone's and recently burned down.
