Look at these tiny hospitals. Actually pretty big, but by current standards... Heck now you need a GPS system to find your way around. One rainy day after my daughter was born, I tried to get from the back of Sioux Valley (now Sanford™) to the front to get the car. I went through darkened tunnels, across a subterranean stone bridge, had to sneak past a minotaur and face the terrible balrog before I eventually emerged into the sunshine. Aaaanyway.
